Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced sales head to monitor and observe the brand and
make forecast, identify the new trends ahead of the curve, thus, offering the business a
competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work
towards the strategic direction of the organization - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition. - Initiating growth and achieve sales targets by successfully managing
the sales team. - Manages the various accounts of the business and also helps in the renewing the
accounts. - Ensure proper visibility of company within the concerned market to increase brand
recall. - Revenue generation and networking
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and
effectively at all levels of client interaction at internal and external levels. - Plans to improve the productivity and performance of the team.
- Prepare Sales Plans, Forecast Plans and achieve weekly and monthly sales target
- Handle the conflicts arising in the internal and external business.

Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM – Specialization in Marketing and Sales .
- 12+years of experience in Corporate Sales.
- Candidate from education industry would be preferred.

- Rs. 8,00,000 – 10,00,000/- P.A.
