• Repair Leadership (Chennai) — A repeat run of the Repair Leadership programme for a leading manufacturing company in Chennai, equipping frontline leaders with practical skills to repair and maintain operations effectively.

• Mind Mechanics ( Pune) — A behavioural skills programme for a leading engineering company in Pune, focused on sharper thinking, better decision- making under pressure, and everyday problem- solving at work.

• SASE / ZIA / ZPA (Online) — •A hands- on technical programme on Zscaler’ s cloud security architecture for a leading technology organisation: moving from legacy VPN thinking to zero- trust access, covering Secure Access Service Edge ( SASE) as the umbrella framework, Zscaler Internet Access ( ZIA) for secure outbound traffic, and Zscaler Private Access ( ZPA) for application- level access — with walkthroughs of real policy configuration rather than slides alone.

• Business Communications — A workshop for a leading organisation focused on clearer professional writing and stronger cross- team collaboration.

Four unconnected posts this month were really making one argument. ” The new business currency isn’ t money; i t ‘ s skills”, said one. ” Promotion doesn’ t create leaders; coaching does”, said another. A third argued that engagement is about commitment, not comfort — and a fourth that teams don’ t need more meetings; they need more clarity.

Put together, the throughline is this: capability doesn’ t compound on i ts own. A skilled hire who isn’ t coached plateaus. A team that’ s engaged but directionless burns energy without output. An organisation can be investing in the r ight things — people, learning, culture — and still lose the return i f nobody translates that investment into clear roles, clear goals, and a leader who shows up for the daily, unglamorous work of coaching rather than just the org chart.
