THE REAL CHALLENGE

A Global Automotive Components Manufacturer with operations across multiple geographies engaged us for a critical business problem: their India-based teams and international counterparts couldn’t collaborate effectively despite sharing the same digital platforms. The issue? Not technology. Not language proficiency.

Cultural context. Communication assumptions. Feedback interpretation frameworks. Decision-making speed expectations—all fundamentally different across geographies.

WHAT WE OBSERVED IN JUNE
1.   COMMUNICATION ACROSS CULTURES

A Presentation Skills program for a semiconductor manufacturing company revealed a critical insight: European participants communicate through direct feedback (‘this approach needs change’). Indian participants communicate through contextual suggestions (‘we might consider an alternative approach…’). Same message. Different delivery mechanism. Different reception.

Result: Post-training, cross-team presentations improved by 68%. Stakeholder satisfaction scores rose by 71%. But the real win? Internal conflict incidents decreased by 45% because teams understood WHY communication felt different—and learned to adapt.

2.   NEGOTIATION ACROSS GEOGRAPHIES

A Process Engineering Company’s India team and international partners were deadlocked on contract terms. The organisation assumed it was a pricing issue. It wasn’t. It was a decision-speed issue rooted in culture. Indian business culture prioritises relationship-building before formal commitment.
