ABOUT THE QUANTUM GROUP
Quantum is three organisations built around one belief: capability changes outcomes.
Quantum Infotrainers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. delivers corporate training and development across behavioural and leadership development, IT skills, emerging technologies, and foreign language training — partnering with industry leaders to close skill gaps with measurable results.
Quantum Trainings Pte Ltd. carries that same methodology to global and Southeast Asian markets.
Quantum Foundation works beyond the corporate boardroom — preserving India’s historical memory, honouring the scholars who protect it, and investing in the cultural literacy that underpins good leadership.
Different mandates. One standard.
Building Competencies. Driving Impact. Shaping the Future of Corporate Learning.
25 YEARS OF QUANTUM
BUILT ON PEOPLE, PURPOSE AND THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE
On 5 September 2026, Quantum completed 25 years.
The company began on 5 September 2001 as Quantum Technologies. A quarter of a century later, the day was marked with an in-person celebration with the team—the people whose work, week after week, makes this milestone worth celebrating.
The anniversary belongs to the whole group. Quantum Infotrainers & Consultants, Quantum Trainings Pte Ltd and Quantum Foundation India were all part of the celebration, and the message that went out afterwards was simple.
“25 years of building competencies. 25 years of growing together. And to many more milestones ahead.”
— Quantum, on its 25th foundation day
From our start in Pune to our first international programme in Fiji, and on to a Singapore arm serving the wider region, the through-line has been our tagline: building competencies. The technologies, the clients and the classrooms have changed many times. That part has not.

Anahita Noshir Bhesania | CLIENT
“We had engaged with Quantum Technologies some years ago for addressing some of our training requirements, such as Perl, .Net, Ruby on Rails, and HL7 foundation course. These workshops were very well received by the learners, and went a long way in equipping them with the requisite knowledge and skills. The Quantum group boasts of a strong network of trainers and experts connected with the industry. We found the team to be very dynamic, receptive, professional, and process-oriented. On completion of 25 years in this field, here’s wishing them heartiest congratulations and all the best in their future endeavours too!”

INDUSTRY INSIGHT
The Tools Change. The Need Doesn’ t .
One of the testimonials in this issue comes from a client who first trained with Quantum on Perl, . NET, Ruby on Rails and an HL 7 foundation course. Look at the programmes we have run since — AI/ML for operations, Power Automate, Power BI, Zscaler’ s zero- trust architecture — and almost nothing on the whiteboard is the same.
What that client chose to say about the experience had l i ttle to do with the technology. It was about whether the learners left equipped with the knowledge and skills they needed, and whether the team was receptive, professional and process- oriented.
The same is true at the other end of the stack. The session at the Asian Institute of Management Career Fair was not about a tool at all. It was about emotional intelligence and leadership — awareness, empathy and effectiveness. Technologies get replaced every few years. The ability to understand people and lead them through change does not expire.
That is the quiet case for treating learning as a long relationship rather than a series of courses. The programmes that matter are the ones a client remembers for how well their people were equipped, whatever the technology of the day.
THE PATTERN WE’ RE SEEING
Technologies get replaced. The need underneath — people who are equipped, a team that l istens, a process that holds
— stays the same. Twenty- five years in, that is still the work.
