October in Motion: Training Delivered

October was a month of range. In the same few weeks, Quantum trainers helped professionals at a cement manufacturer put AI tools to work, took IT professionals deeper into Service Now, and helped employees of a global manufacturer start speaking Tamil. Client names are kept broad by design.

  1. AI Tools for the Workplace — Two batches for a leading cement manufacturer, delivered by trainer in October. Participants learned practical AI tools they can apply to their everyday work.
  1. Service Now — A technical programme on the Service Now platform for a technology- training partner. Feedback for this programme was collected directly by the client.
  1. Tamil Language Training — A foreign and regional language programme for a global specialty- ingredients manufacturer, helping employees build working Tamil for the workplace.

Why i t matters

Two AI batches back to back is a signal, not an accident. Organisations are moving past the question of whether to adopt AI and asking how quickly their people can use i t well. The Tamil programme makes the opposite point just as clearly: some of the most valuable workplace skills are human ones — being understood, in the language your colleagues think in.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

October’ s AI tools programme averaged 4 . 76 / 5 across i ts two batches, with both batches — consistent delivery from one day to the next.

CELEBRATING OUR PEOPLE

THE VISIONARY BEHIND THE QUANTUM GROUP — DR. PRATIK P. SURANA | CHIEF MENTOR & FOUNDER

THE VISIONARY BEHIND THE QUANTUM GROUP — DR. PRATIK P. SURANA | CHIEF MENTOR & FOUNDER

This October we celebrated the birthday of Dr. Pratik P. SURANA. His vision sets the direction for the group, his leadership inspires action, and his belief in people has shaped

25 years of Quantum. Here’ s to good health, happiness and many more years of purposeful leadership.

INDUSTRY INSIGHT

The Tool Is New. The Learning Problem Isn’ t .

This month, two batches of professionals at a leading cement manufacturer learned to work with AI tools — and rated the experience 4 . 76 out of 5 . In the same weeks, Dr. SURANA argued that the AI problem in L& D isn’ t really about AI.

Both things can be true. A good AI programme does not succeed because the tools are impressive. It succeeds when people leave knowing exactly where those tools fit into the work they do on Monday morning. The same test applies to a Tamil class or a ServiceNow deep- dive: relevance to the role decides whether learning sticks.

That is why role- based training kept coming up in our October conversations. Different roles carry different responsibilities and different gaps. Training everyone the same way produces attendance; training each role for what i t actually needs produces capability.

THE PATTERN WE’ RE SEEING

Organisations are no longer asking whether to train on AI. They are asking how fast their people can use i t well — and that is a learning- design question, not a technology one.
